We provide 24-hour day service, 365 days of the year. Assistance can range from Hourly care, overnight care or Live in care. We support adults within a domiciliary care setting.
Basic services
- Personal care (personal hygiene and getting out of bed)
- Medication management and prompting
- Emotional support
- Companionship (including days out and socialisation
- Meal and snack preparation
- Help with tasks of daily living (eating, walking, shopping,
- Cleaning, bed changing and Laundry
- Signposting and assistance with the personalisation agenda (budgeting)
- Continence care
- Accompanying to appointments
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
Specialised services
Our care workers may undertake tasks which are considered as specialist. These tasks will be undertaken only after specific training. The care worker will be trainer in the procedure before undertaking the task with the person with the care needs. Specialised services may include but are not limited to the following
- Catheter care (bag changing, output monitoring)
- Changing sterile dressings
- Colostomy care-bag changing
- Assistance with application of topical medication
- Give suppositories/enemas
- Fill dosage. Monitored medication boxes
- Assisting with artificial feeding
- Administer controlled drugs or substances
